Peyton Leads Colts to 11th Victory

by Cody Clark ~ November 30th, 2009.

The Houston Texans came to play on Sunday as they faced off against the 10-0 Indianapolis Colts. After two first quarter touchdowns and two second quarter field goals, the Colts found themselves down 20-7 at the half, but they reeled off 28 unanswered points that included two Manning TD passes and a defensive touchdown to take the 35-20 lead. The Texans scored in junk time with 18 seconds left and the Colts grabbed their 11th win to stay undefeated. This is the 5th game that has been decided by 8 points or less or which Manning or the defense has had to win the game for the Colts but a win is a win. With Tennessee, Denver, Jacksonville, the Jets, and the Bills left on the schedule it looks feasible for the Colts to win at least 14 games and grab home field advantage in the playoffs. (They have already clinched the AFC South)
