by Cody Clark ~ January 14th, 2010.Led by Trevor Booker and Demontez Stitt, the Clemson Tigers used a 50 point first half to steam roll through the #13 ranked North Carolina Tar Heels. Booker dropped 21 points and grabbed 9 rebounds, while Stitt put up 20 points and dished out four rebounds. A week and a half after getting blasted by Duke 74-53, the Tigers shot 47.5% from the field at home against UNC and handed them their fifth loss of the year and improved to 14-3 overall and 2-1 in the loaded ACC; both good for second in the division. The Tigers have come out with attitude this year lead by Stitt and Booker, and will be a force to be reckoned down the stretch as they try and fight the Blue Devils,Miami, Florida State, and Georgia Tech for the ACC crown.
