Boise State Hurts Chances With Win

by Cody Clark ~ October 15th, 2009.

With last night’s 28-21 win over the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, the Boise State Broncos greatly hurt their chances off getting to the National Championship and even getting to a BCS Bowl with their narrow victory last night. The Broncos did not look like their normal selves, as they only scored 18 points in the first half behind Kellen Moore’s 150 yards passing and 2 TDs. Even though they ended up with the win in the end, this game will have a great impact on their standings when the first BCS polls come out on Sunday. When Oklahoma played Tulsa earlier this year, they put 45 on them while not allowing any points, and that win is probably going to hurt them when the computers start to analyze this upcoming weekend’s games.
